It was like someone who just learned from HOME DEPOT.

After alot of money and me having to call him to come back out a few times, I thought everything was ok, then after 5 months I notice the ceiling in the kitchen strating to change color.

Which was right below the bathroom where the work was done, so it turns out there was a leak the entire time.

How much damage was done? Is there mold now? Are the floors where the tile was laid messed up (when you walk you can hear the grout all cracking because the water has messed it up)

Is the wood where the tile lays rotted?

Any ways he never returned my call then about 5 months later I saw him driving and followed him home, and of course he gave my the nice guy thing.

Yeah, I'll come fix it, and then kept calling him and he would give me the run around......

Bank of Montreal is a cheat

Hi -
I have been with BMO for past 2 years & off late i visited the branch at sheppard & kennedy , Toronto ON to deposit my USD money order. I wanted Bank statement from them saying have so & so CAD in my account for my Immigration. At first the teller advised to open USD account as it goods for exchange rate & guided me to talk to the manager. The manager was some dumb stupid female. She told me it will take 30 days for
clearance. The i asked them will it be possible to gimme the statement the same day or with in the week even though the the MO takes 30days to clear. At first she told she can give the statement immediately & then opened the USD account. Once the formalities of opening the account was complete , she changed her tune saying that we have to wait for 30 days. I was taken aback by her change of attitude in less than 15 minutes. And also she mentioned there will be collection charges the the MO. I said fine, but asked her how much will be the collection charges. She said she is not sure. Again i was surprised how a bank employee worth its name dont' know the collection charges for the MO !!! I asked her how can she not know & confronted her she promised me the statement before opening the account & changed her line once done. She said she will get back to me after talking to her manager. After sometime she came back saying she cant give the statement very soon & has to wait for 30 days. I had enought of it & said want my MO back & close my USD account. I am thinking of switching to TD on monday. These guys has no ethics or standards..BMO SUCKS!!!

I ordered three shirts from proudshopper.com & didn't receive them, or any communication as to the status so I sent the following email:

"I ordered (3) shirts from your company (order #:27263) on 6/4/2010 and have received no ship date, tracking information, etc. I am going to need to get a status update from your company by tomorrow, or I'm going to contact my credit card company and have the ordered reversed."

Ron @ proudshopper.com replied with the following:

"What part of "allow three weeks" did you not understand, dipshit? Your order would probably have shipped tomorrow. But, after the slightest
threat, especially from someone who can't follow clear instructions, NOBODY receives merchandise! A refund it is AND you're banished forever from the shopping cart. Way to go, big and demanding dipshit! Now, stay the fuck away!"

I did not receive a refund or any further replies for my shirts or a reimbursement. STAY AWAY FROM PROUDSHOPPER.COM - IT IS A BOGUS COMPANY & THE PRODUCTS DO NOT EXIST.

DEAN WATSON AUTO SALES ARE CROOKS

I purchased a 2009 Dodge Journey and had taken it to Dean Watsons a Jeep/Chrysler/Dodge dealership for service. I had taken my Journey in for warranty work regarding a noise from the rear that was very annoying. They advised me it had to be sent to a body shop. I left my Journey with them and they sent it to Precision Auto a body shop in Uxbridge, Ontario. I picked my Journey up the next day and the noise was gone, I was advised it was the emergency brake cable causing the noise. I was very happy this was December 2008. On May 9, 2010 I was driving my Journey when the noise came back very loud and constant, then there was a loud squeal. I pulled over to see smoke coming from the drivers side rear brakes. I let the truck sit and managed to get the truck home. The next day (Monday may 10, 2010) I went to Dean Watsons and advised what had happened, they informed me they were booked for the next two days. I needed my truck as I was having surgery and had appointments to keep. On Tuesday May 11, 2010 I drove my Journey to Richmond Hill to the dealership that was servicing my Journey and advised what had happened. The mechanic took my truck in the shop and came back in about 25 minutes and advised my emergency brake cables were routed incorrectly causing it to get pulled by the compliance bushing and pull the emergency brake cable. I advised of the warranty work that was done and was told I would have to discuss this with the dealership that did the work, The rear brake job cost me over $500.00 plus I was charged to have the cables rerouted properly. I went to Dean Watson and spoke to Rick the service manager who said it would have happened sooner and they could do nothing and if I wanted to contact Chrysler. I called Chrysler and filed a complaint about Dean Watson and was advised to speak to Dean Watson the owner. I have stopped by several times and even left a letter for Dean Watson and no one has bothered to call me back. I am not sure who is at fault Dean Watson or Precision Auto for improperly routing my emergency brake cables and have only asked to split the difference for the rear brakes.

I would not recommend either Precision Auto or Dean Watson for service or body work.
